As day-of coordinator I will meet with you one month, two weeks, and the week of the wedding. We will go over details, exact tasks you would like me to do, and I will tell you if I need anything I need from you. The day of I will perform the tasks we discussed which usually include, but are not limited to, welcoming and setting up vendors, welcoming guests, timing the processional, and seeing the reception through.
